I'm Dave, and I am the founder & developer of RentalSheets.com...but you may also know me from HouseFlippingSpreadsheet.com. I have been investing in Real Estate since early 2009, with a mixed investment portfolio of flipping and renting properties. The House Flipping Spreadsheet has been a great tool in my arsenal for streamlining my rehabbing processes...But as I've transition my portfolio to more of a long-term, passive income, buy-and-hold-strategy, I've started to develop solutions for my rental business. After months of planning & development, our Rental Sheets product is complete, and I am very excited to introduce it to you!
